If you found absolutely no value from your purchase, please email Autumnsapothecary941@gmail.com. Include your order number so we can find your purchase.

Physical products
Damaged, defective or wrong item: email Autumnsapothecary941@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Other returns: unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received.
